No gratuity or brokerage fee is charged for signing the contract. Utilities and internet access are also included in the rent. These rental offices are very convenient and reasonably priced.

契約名義の変更について

後日法人名義に変更希望の場合、契約する時は個人名義で先に契約を締結することが可能です。その後、商業登記簿謄本の写しをご提出いただけましたら、簡単に契約名義を変更することができます。

CHANGE OF CONTRACT NAME

If you want to change the contract to a legal entity, you can sign the contract in your personal name first. After that, you can simply submit a copy of the commercial registry to change the contract to the name of a corporation.

郵便受取代行サービスについて

長期不在やご都合などにより郵便の受取が不便の方には、郵便受取代行サービスをご提供することが可能です。2週間に1回郵便を査収し、写真で郵便内容をお知らせいたします。転送希望の方には転送サービスもご提供いたします。

※転送の場合は転送料金を別見積りいたします。 ※書留、大型宅配便には対応できかねます。

ABOUT MAIL COLLECTION SERVICE

For those who are away for a long period of time or are not able to receive the mail, we can provide a mail collection service, checking the mail once every 2 weeks, and then we will take a photo to inform you of the content of the mail. We will also provide forwarding service if you need it.

※Forwarding service is available at an additional cost. ※We do not accept registered mail or large-sized home delivery service.

オフィスルーム

全部屋は完全個室になっており、デスクセット、空調付きで、快適にビジネスを行えるレンタルオフィスです。天井は高いので圧迫感を感じない作りになっているため、デザイン性の高い、開放感とプライバシーを両立した空間です。

OFFICE ROOM

All rooms are completely private for 2 - 4 people, provided with a desk set and air conditioning, where you can start your business comfortably. It does not make you feel oppressive as the ceiling is high, providing a space with a high degree of design that combines openness and privacy at the same time.

契約期間は原則1年の利用契約となり、再契約は自動契約となります。その際の再契約費用はかかりません。

Contract Period

The contract period is basically a one-year contract and renewal contracts are automatic. No re-contract fee will be charged.

解約のご連絡は随時承っております。解約申込から翌月の末日付けでの解約となります。WEBフォームよりお手続き下さい。

例）4月14日にご連絡を頂いた場合は4月中のお取扱いとなり、5月末日付のご解約となります。

About Cancellation

We accept cancellation notices at any time. It will be canceled on the last day of the next month after the cancellation application. Please follow the procedure from the web form.
